Photography Perspectives

Step into the world behind the lens! In Photography Perspectives, young artists will explore how cameras can capture the world in amazing and unexpected ways. Through fun, hands-on activities, students will learn how to see ordinary things from new angles—up close, far away, high, and low! Campers will discover the basics of composition, lighting, and focus while experimenting with different types of photography—nature shots, portraits, and even creative abstract photos. Along the way, they’ll connect photography to science by learning how light works and to storytelling by creating photo series that express emotions or tell a visual story.
