Family Event at Chicago Maritime Festival on April 16

Your family is welcome to join us for a unique annual Chicago event that has become an annual tradition for our community, the Chicago Maritime Festival at the Old Town School of Music in Lincoln Square.  Festival singers will be visiting Bennett Day the day prior at our All School Morning Meeting as part of a year-long theme across grade levels as students and teachers are working together to explore and study rivers and water in our local community and around the world.

The family playdate will be the following day on Saturday, April 16 at 11 am.  Bennett Day School is proud to be the only independent school sponsoring the Maritime Festival, and we hope that other schools will join us in supporting this wonderful event.  As part of our event sponsorship, we have a limited number of tickets available to share for this family playdate.  Email us at info@bennettday.org to RSVP if we still have tickets available, or you can purchase from Old Town.  Families from our school will also be going nearby for lunch after the Festival, and you are welcome to join us for that as well; location available with your RSVP.
