Construction Update on New Campus as of 7/20

We have lots of exciting news to share! Construction operations continue at a rapid pace (and on schedule) this week! Final finishes are getting installed on all levels. Tile flooring is going in the restrooms and vinyl flooring has been installed in the classrooms. The kitchen and lunchroom floors are being sanded and prepped for the hard epoxy finish. The final coat of paint is going on in the classrooms and offices. The acoustical tile ceiling will be complete in the lunchroom this week. Control wiring for the HVAC units is in place and the units should be ready to start in the next week. The Audio/Visual and Security contractors are on site and installing the cameras and other devices and equipment.
Internet service for the building is scheduled to be established on or about August 1. Furniture and kitchen equipment deliveries are being scheduled during the next two weeks and will be installed as areas are completed. Our faculty will start moving in during the first week of August. The contractors are working their way out of the site and the perimeter fencing will be completed once the playground equipment is installed. Landscaping plans are in progress and that work should start at the beginning of August.  The main entrance lighting has been installed and the ceiling has been framed. Glass and the new entrance doors will be installed in the next two weeks. See you all soon!
