Developing Leaders: Inside Our New Counselor in Training Program
This summer, Bennett launched its first-ever Counselor in Training (CIT) program, giving rising 5th–9th graders the chance to step into leadership roles at camp. From guiding younger campers to gaining hands-on experience in child development, our CITs discovered the rewards—and responsibilities—of mentoring others.
