Brenna Glaeser

Brenna is so excited to join the early childhood team at Bennett Day this school year. She discovered her passion for working with children over the past two years while working at Blue Bird Day School providing therapeutic services to young children with autism and developmental disabilities as a behavior technician. Here she learned to integrate play, sensory regulation, adaptive skills, and a child-centered approach to education. She moved to Chicago in 2015 after completing her BA in Women’s Studies at Cornell College and plans to pursue a graduate degree in social work. She looks forward to learning from her colleagues and expanding her passion for social-emotional and play-based learning alongside her students. Outside of the classroom, Brenna enjoys exploring our beautiful city, reading, and spending time with friends.
