Sarah Jordan

A Chicago native, Sarah graduated Cum Laude from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN with a BFA in Dance Performance and a Minor in Art + Design. After graduation, she pursued a professional ballet career with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, Cleveland Ballet, Minnesota Dance Theatre, and SMUIN Contemporary Ballet. Recently teaching at GEMS World Academy in Chicago, Sarah brings a unique blend of expertise in early childhood education and dance integration, specializing in inclusive practices for children with diverse developmental needs. Actively involved as a dance instructor with several arts organizations, she is passionate about weaving creative movement into learning experiences. Sarah is excited to foster a joyful and supportive JK classroom where children can thrive both academically and creatively.
