Kendall Rodheim

Kendall is excited for her third year at Bennett Day as the 4th through 8th grade counselor, and newly, the Auxiliary Program Coordinator! Kendall earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2015 and her Masters degree in School Counseling at Roosevelt University in 2018. She is currently working towards clinical counseling licensure. Since 2018, Kendall has worked as a high school counselor and self-contained teaching assistant, as well as an elementary school counselor, where she has gained extensive experience in working with students of varying levels of ability from diverse backgrounds. She has worked with and provided counseling for students from kindergarten to 12th grade and is passionate about teaching emotional regulation and coping skills, empathy and perspective-taking, and inclusion & social justice practices. In her free time, Kendall loves cooking and baking, spending time outdoors, and playing with her cat, Synapse!
