Kayelona Rakowski

Kayelona has many years of experience working with children, most recently as a private nanny. She is actively working towards her BSEd in Communication Disorders in pursuit of her goal of becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist. Kayelona is new to teaching, but is excited to learn more about helping children stay curious in the classroom. In her work with children, Kayelona cares deeply about encouraging independence, curiosity, and kindness. She appreciates progressive education and learning through play, especially in her work with toddlers. In her free time, you can usually find Kayelona with her wife and 2 dogs, trying out some kind of craft.
