Andrea Rosenfeld

Andrea has 10+ years of experience working with children. She graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language-Hearing: Sciences and Disorders. She also received a Master’s degree in Early Intervention in Deaf Education from Fontbonne University. Andrea has been a Special Education teacher primarily working with Early Childhood age students. This will be her third year at Bennett. Andrea hopes to foster an inclusive classroom where her students feel safe, loved and welcomed. She strives to create a space for her students to develop their social-emotional skills. Andrea looks forward to another year at Bennett with her students and their families. She is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, and moved to Chicago in 2021. In her free time, Andrea enjoys spending time with her dog Oliver, volunteering in the community, yoga and checking out new restaurants in the city.
