8th Grade Graduation @ Bennett

The 8th Grade graduation will take place on Friday, May 31 at 10:00 am at Bennett Day School. As this is a momentous occasion, we want to make sure that you have all the necessary information to make this day a success.

Getting to the Venue and Parking: 

• The graduation ceremony will take place in the Lower Level Gymnasium at Bennett Day School. 
• Bennett Day School is easily accessible by public transportation via the #50 Grand Bus and the Green/Pink Line Morgan stop as well as the Blue Line Grand Stop. 
• Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the South gravel parking lot. 
  • Street parking is available in the surrounding areas 

Timing: 

• Graduates are requested to arrive at Bennett Day School by 8:15 am to get ready. 

• Seating will begin at 9:30 am to ensure we are able to begin on time. The graduation ceremony will begin promptly at 10:00 am 
  • The students will be participating in a walkabout throughout the school leading into the ceremony from 9:30 – 10:00 am. 
• The Ceremony will run from 10:00 – 11:00 am and there will be a short gathering on the Sport Court immediately following the ceremony. Light refreshments will be served and students will be dismissed following this reception. 

Tickets and Seating: 

• Physical Invitations will be distributed to students next week! 
• There is no physical tickets being distributed for this event, students are welcome to invite family members and friends to this ceremony. 
• We encourage you to arrive at the school well in advance to secure your seating. Please be advised that seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
