Joseph Rosa-Molina
(he/him)
Pre-Kindergarten to Second Grade TESLab Teacher
Early Childhood
Joseph began his Early Childhood education at a community college and later earned his BA in Early Childhood and Administration from National Louis University. Throughout this time, he worked with toddlers and three- to four-year-olds at the Jewish Council for Youth Services (JCYS) on the north side of Chicago for ten years. Now in his third year, he is stepping into the role of TES Lab Specialist, where he will continue to foster children’s exploration through tinkering and creativity. Joseph aims to be an extension of the classroom, supporting teachers in promoting children’s social and emotional growth through hands-on play and tinkering, giving them new ways to express themselves and their ideas. He is a proud “Girl Dad” to a ten-year-old and a two-year-old. In his spare time, he enjoys date nights with his wife, watching Marvel and Star Wars movies while enjoying Chicago-style tavern pizza, and building LEGO creations with his ten-year-old.
