At Bennett Day, there’s no such thing as “extra” curricular.

Extracurriculars are a vital part of the high school experience. After-school activities provide students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, build strong relationships, and explore their interests beyond the classroom. Participation in clubs and sports also promotes health and wellness and fosters a sense of community and teamwork among students. That’s why we don’t believe in the concept of “extracurricular.” The skills that are learned on the field, in a club, or through competition can be applied to our competency framework towards graduation.

Upper School students have a variety of clubs and athletic options to participate in each trimester at no additional cost. Each year these programs continue to expand to offer opportunities for our students.

Students can start their own clubs and activities in addition to school sponsored opportunities.
